01 Content Strategy

Content & Algorithm Mastery

Most property agents post consistently and still get no reach. This module explains exactly why — and fixes it.

Format 5.5 hours · 1 class · Smartphone only
Suitable for Property agents, negotiators, real estate team leads
  • How short-form video platforms decide who sees your content, and how to use that to your advantage.
  • Why most agent videos get low reach — the specific patterns that kill distribution — and how to fix them.
  • How to light and frame property footage professionally using only a smartphone.
  • The hook structures that stop viewers from scrolling within the first two seconds.
  • Mobile video editing from raw footage to a posted video, end to end.
  • A content strategy and weekly batch-posting system that reduces production time significantly.

Malaysian property agents collectively spend millions of ringgit on listing portals and paid leads — yet the agents who consistently close deals are increasingly the ones who own their audience directly. The platforms that distribute short-form video have fundamentally changed how buyers and investors discover agents: not through search, not through portals, but through content that surfaces in a feed they never left. An agent who understands how that distribution actually works has an asymmetric advantage over one who simply posts more.

The challenge is that most training conflates posting frequency with strategy. The result is agents who are busy creating content that reaches no one. This module addresses the root cause: the mechanics of how content gets distributed, the specific signals platforms reward, and how to build a repeatable production system that does not require hours per video. The goal is not virality — it is consistent, compounding reach among the specific audience most likely to transact.

The session runs as a single 5.5-hour class designed to move from understanding to production within the same day. The first half covers the underlying logic of content distribution — how platforms evaluate and rank new content, which signals matter in the first hour of posting, and why most agent videos stall despite having good footage. This section uses real examples from the Malaysian property market, not generic social media theory.

The second half is hands-on. Participants produce a complete piece of content from scratch during the session — from planning the hook and filming on location to editing and scheduling. Every participant leaves with at least one finished, publish-ready piece of content and a repeatable weekly workflow they can execute independently. Only a smartphone is required.
